Base Rental Rates - 2012
HIGH SEASON/SUMMER - (YELLOW on the calendar)
1) SUMMER: May 25 - 31, June, July, August, September (1-16). During this season, weekly rentals only during the summer except within 30 days of desired date (see yellow on Availability Calendar and below). The summer weeks are Saturday to Saturday.
2) SPECIAL WEEKS - Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's weeks.SPRING/FALL - March 1 - May 24, September (17-30), October, November (except Thanksgiving week)
WINTER - December 1 - 20, January 3 thru February 29

Policies
Booking Deposit
To hold AwesomeView for the dates you specify, we require an up-front deposit equal to 50% of the Base Rent (excluding hotel tax). The balance (50% of Base Rent, security deposit, hotel tax, cleaning fee and optional linen fee) is due 90 days prior to your arrival. Payment is by personal check.
Cancellation Policy
For all months other
than during the summer, if you cancel your reservation more than ninety
days before your scheduled arrival date, we will return all advance funds you
have paid, less a $100.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation less
than ninety days from your scheduled arrival date, we will return your security
deposit, cleaning fee (optional linen fee) & taxes paid, and will attempt
to rebook the home for the rates and dates you were quoted. If we rebook the
home, we will then refund the Base Rent you paid in advance, less the $100.00
cancellation fee. If we do not succeed in rebooking the house, we unfortunately
cannot refund the Base Rent.
For summer months, there is a period when most regular weekly guests
make their reservations. Please be sure that you are committed to the week you
reserve because it can be difficult to rebook a cancelled reservation. If you
do cancel your summer reservation at any time, you forfeit the Base Rent,
though we will attempt to rebook the home for the rates and dates you reserved.
If we rebook the home, we will refund the Base Rent you paid in advance, less
the $100.00 cancellation fee. If we do not succeed in rebooking the house, we
unfortunately cannot refund the Base Rental amount. Even if the home is
unrented, you will be refunded your security deposit, cleaning fee (optional
linen fee) & taxes paid.
Sorry, but we do not allow smoking or pets. Credit cards must be used for long
distance and toll calls.
