Bedrooms & Baths

Located upstairs is the master bedroom suite, that also has access to the balcony through a sliding glass door. It has a king bed which faces the west with a view of the Santa Cruz wharf and lighthouse. If you're awake as sunrise begins, you'll be awed by the spectacular changes that take place as the world becomes light.

The master bathroom features two sinks and a sunken tub as well as a huge skylight.

Downstairs

Downstairs are two bedrooms. One has a king bed and sliding glass door to a patio. The other bedroom has a queen bed and a corner window overlooking the ocean. The den has a bunk with the a double lower bed and a twin upper bed, as well as the queen sofa bed. It also has its own TV and stereo.

There are two full bathrooms downstairs. One has a tub/shower while the other has a stall shower with a seat. The laundry includes a large capacity washer & dryer in the bathroom at the bottom of the stairs from the main floor.

There is an additional sleeping area with a bunk bed (twin on top, double on bottom) plus the sofa pulls out into a queen size bed. See "Living Rooms" on the first floor for a view.
